Paid $250 !! (a complete & total rip off) for them to not only damage my hair but to have me leave with my roots still showing as when I had first arrived to the appointment. Pursuing legal actions against salon since hairdresser (Allison from Porterville) quit instead of taking responsibility like a true & honest mature grown up professional would do, at the very least, to pay me back!
