This was, by far, the most humanising healthcare experience I have had. Dr Tony and his staff have been so kind and supportive there wasn't a single moment where I felt rushed, judged, or pressured. So caring and professional!!! Dr. Mangubat took time and care. As an AFAB non-binary person, he made me feel appreciated and honored my needs!
I had a consult for a lower bleph, and possible facelift options. I came in with my wife, and she had a consult for a lower thigh and butt lift. Staff were warm and friendly throughout, and very helpful. We were given multiple options, different pricepoints, and given detailed information on the procedures themselves, so we could make the best options for us.
I have had surgery with Dr. Mangubat 3 times. I came to him to fix work from a different surgeon. He and his staff have been absolutely wonderful to me. He listens to my concerns, and has worked with me to get me the results I am looking for. All of his staff give A+ care. Grace and Angie take care of me in the OR. Colleen and Chrissy at the front, have impeccable customer service. Jasmine used to be his MA. She was wonderful. Just getting to know Leah. Could not be happier with the level of care I have gotten from them.
despite a glitch, Dr. Mangubat has been amazing and helpful and my body is MINE!!! The staff and nurses are really great also.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming to any questions or concerns I had. They made sure to explain every process and step to me in a way that was cohesive and easy to understand.
I have been a patient here since 2011. I have had many operations and smaller procedures. The entire staff and Doctor Tony treat me like a movie star. I get the best treatment and care even if things go sideways. They listen and care about the things that matter to me.
Staff has been really responsive and detailed in concerns that I have had, when I had concerns I felt were not addressed I was able to ask for more clarification or details. Staff has been good at helping me tell what is normal and to be expected and treated me with respect!
