It has been 2 years since Dr. Moore diagnosed me with POTS. I have had absolutely no improvement. When I informed her of certain issues, she said her other patients didn't have that issue/that's not typical of POTS, so she just ignored it. I was constantly told to use the patient portal, then told I had to call, but couldn't get an answer for 3 MONTHS! They told me I needed an ekg, but the changed it to a phone appointment??? Now the patient portal says they have no record of me! 😡Â
