Dynegy tripled our charge per KWH after my original contract ran out - however I mailed there request for a new contract at a much lower rate - they said they never received- I never got the new contract back in the US mail - they had to receive it and lost it internally. My wife and I are retired and there pricing policies strained our budget for several months. I would not do business with them.
