Run away as fast as possible!!!! Incompetent staff; they did not have the right equipment to sweep the chimney and therefore could not do the job. They broke a panel on our wood stove, said nothing, and just left. No sound, no view. We have been trying for two months to get them to come back, even if only to file an insurance claim, but to no avail! Dishonest staff!!!!!
Horrible customer service, received a quote and when I called back to make a booking I had to go through the whole list of rubbish again; then the price increased by $500, I requested to speak with a manager and the consultant kept ignoring me was being condescending and then hung up on me. Will never use this service.
The roofing work was completed, but the cleanup afterward was not satisfactory. Debris and materials were left around the property, creating extra work for me.
My concerns after the project were not handled as professionally as I expected. I would have liked a more responsive approach to resolving issues.
