I rarely take the time to write reviews, especially for small services like nails, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. This nail salon has a fancy appearance that suggests excellent service, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. They cut two of my mom’s toes and one of them got infected. When she called to get a refund, they offered her 20% of a future service instead. She can’t go on walks or do her normal workouts, and it wakes her up because the toe is so painful. This used to be our go-to place, but we will not be going back.

Owner at the front desk is extremely rude. I asked to get my eyebrows done by the same girl that did them previously. He stated that couldn’t look it up.. the said you should know her name if I’m going to request her. I He refused to look it up for me and was rude. I know they can look things up because they’ve done it for me before for a nail tech.. I will no Go here for Services.
