Spectacular I have been going here ever since it opened in 2003 and Dr.Tran is so nice she ever socializes with you when your bored and her assistants are very nice also
:( I have been 2 times to Dynasty because they are in my dental plan. I do not plan to go back. I was never asked a question--like how my teeth felt, if I was having any problems, etc. I was having cold sensitivity in my teeth, but guessed it was normal when the doctor brushed over the painful spot and kept going. I was in and out of the chair with a cleaning in about 15 minutes the second visit. That was after waiting about 30 minutes in the office. We are currently looking for a new dentist.
the best DENTIST EVER !!!! been going here for 2 years....1st time came in for a second opinion becuz former dentist wants to replace my silver fillings with crowns which cost alot of money so i decided to get a second opinion ....love the doctor...very gentle, honest, she actually advised me if my fillings are not bothering me then just leave it alone until they actually fall apart....highly recommend her to any one who is looking for a GREAT DENTIST who really cares.
Great Dentist! They do a wonderful job of dentistry. No complaints here! My husband and I both use this dental office and are very pleased with the service, professionalism, and competence that we receive.
RUN AWAY FAST I went to Dynasty on 6/1/2010 and was there to do X-rays for my too they told me that with my insurance that it would cost me 95.00 i called my insurance and they told me my exams are always free the lady at the front desk who is a silly stupid asia girl who don't know anything and doesn't even have updated paper work.. was so rude when i even first visit the place she never greets you all she does is look at people crazy they do need to do better on their customer service thats why they have no customer....I n... read more
