We had a wonderful first experience at Bethany Heights Dental Care! My very nervous young daughter did great thanks to the staff being so sweet and friendly :)
The staff at Bethany Heights Dental Care provided excellent customer service. One thing that is very important to me is Bedside" manners; the staff was very polite, and caring. I am a new patient to this clinic (2 visits to date). So far, I have been impressed with the timeliness of appointments, the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the office. Dr. Lopez is very down-to-earth and appears to have a genuine concern for the oral care of her patients.
Because my wait time was only 10 minutes, my technician had good gentle skills and Doctor Spann-Lopez spent time educating me about my condition; I rate my experience excellent.
The entire staff is excellent. You feel like family here and Dr. Spann is fabulous.

Everyone was friendly and everything that was involved in my exam and cleaning was explained. It helped that the hygienist took the time to explain what she was doing.
The office staff was very nice to my son. The front office lady was very happy and smiling the whole time!!!!
