I recently bought 2 bags of your whole beans from Adam at the Rathskeller in Franklin, NC. The first one I tried, Ethiopian Sidamo, was too plain. I was hoping it would be more like Yirgacheffe, a favorite I've had from other roasters. It was not even close. This leads me to the best for last. The other bag is the WNCW blend. 2nd time I'd been to the roastery, trying to learn how great coffee is made. There's a lot to it! Use the right amounts and measure! Thomas, the roaster, and Gretchen too, was very informative and patient with my questions. Super people who really care about making their coffee the best. ☕️�
