I got many complements on my tribal braids. The girl who did my hair was very nice and patient with my coarse hair(which is rare). I loved the friendly relaxed environment. I felt at home as if I've known them for years. They were able to accommodate my hectic schedule and give me an evening appointment. I will be a regular from now on.

I paid for micros, they gave me box braids They used hair that didn't curl, my trip to Puerto Rico was ruined! I contacted the owner, she agreed it was not completed correctly She directed me to take it out and return and she would redo it I went twice and she was a no show She assured me she'd reschedule I'm still waiting 6+ months later! WASTED MONEY AND TIME! Never again.

Hello Redd Doe, I texted you back and we had an arrangement fpr you to come in and you never showed up. You have come to us several times in the past and we never had any problems. That particular stylist was let go because of this problem with you. I did everything possible to accommodate you, but you never showed up.
