Joe is amazing! He's unconventional, but the results are undeniable. I came in with a locked up hip, sciatica and chronic neck/shoulder pain. I only asked him to address the hip/sciatica, but he diagnosed the posture issues/weak muscles and gave me exercises that made everything better inside of 6 weeks! Bad body mechanics were causing all of it...for years. Amazing work - highly recommend him!
Joe took a look at my lower back pain and correctly figured out what was causing it. I went from walking around like an old man to touching my toes in just two sessions! Your mileage may vary and take a few more sessions, but Joe knows his stuff.
I had major arm and shoulder pain for about 2 years that hindered my daily work activities and impacted my everyday life. Joe was able to get me moving again, pain free in about 15 minutes. He is VERY knowledgeable and has a true compassion for people.
