Excellent. So appreciative of how quickly they solved my problem with my new power wheelchair that would not turn on, and they finished assembly of some anti-wheels I could not put on and tested it out and showed me how to operate it. Really great people. Highly recommend them .
I spoke with Liz about a problem with my chair. The on lights kept flashing. She asked me a number of questions and finally asked me to press my horn button. This cleared my problem. Liz was the most professional and knowledgeable representative I have ever spoken to.
