Property managers usually have skills in customer service, but clearly that isn't the case here. This town needs some serious competition to get its management levels back on track. Not just property managers but managers across the board. I'm not sure that people here are aware that management is a skill in it's own right and you can book yourself into management courses to improve the skill. It would hugely benefit everyone in this circumstance!
Poor company to deal with, customer service isn’t there and lack of care with anything they do.
Very wasteful of owners strata fee. They pay for jobs that don’t need to be done. They’ve dominated the Squamish market for too long and Squamish really needs more competition. We need companies who care, who think about money, workmanship, safety, longevity & the environment. Dynamic isn’t it.
