Michael and Dana at Dynamic Property were a fantastic team. They are so professional, friendly and efficient. I really appreciated their quick responses and warm nature.
Property managers usually have skills in customer service, but clearly that isn't the case here. This town needs some serious competition to get its management levels back on track. Not just property managers but managers across the board. I'm not sure that people here are aware that management is a skill in it's own right and you can book yourself into management courses to improve the skill. It would hugely benefit everyone in this circumstance!
Poor company to deal with, customer service isn’t there and lack of care with anything they do.
