I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Simpson! She took the time to treat me as an individual and I did not feel like a number. She talked to me extensively about my needs and her approach made me feel at ease right away. She was knowledgeable and professional and her expertise made all the difference in my recovery. This practice is truly different then any other place I’ve been! I’m so glad I found someone who spends time with their patients and cares about their needs.
Dr. Lauren Simpson has been great to work with. Her professionalism was off the charts! She made sure to listen to my needs and treat accordingly. Her office is very welcoming and the comfort station was such a nice surprise! I can go on and on. I won’t ever go anywhere else! 5 stars for Dr. Simpson!
I loved work with Dr. Simpson. I really felt like she listened to my problems and asked a lot of questions to help figure out if I was in pain and where the source was coming from. It was/is a very great, one-on-one experience, where she takes her time with all of my needs. And her personality is super great! She was nice and concerned, but also light-hearted and funny, making the experience not dry and annoying to go to. I'd highly recommend her!
Dr. Simpson is just the best! She performed dry needle therapy on my shoulders (which had been bothering me for MONTHS), and my muscle soreness completely vanished. She was very attentive and answered every single question, and, believe me, I asked a bunch!
Excellent PT session, dry needling, and mobility evaluation with Dr. Lauren Simpson! I love the privacy she offers in her office and she is extremely professional. Concierge physical therapy is the best, you truly get a one-on-one experience. You won’t find a better therapist in Franklin or Cool Springs. Try Dynamic Physical Therapy, you’ll love it!
