I am in health care (in fact worked in pain management in a prison, I know the protocols and laws about controlled substances I'm not the average "don't know better" patient who falls thru your traps. Even my current pain dr says there are problems at dpw. Thats sad cause drs don't talk about doctors. And by the way you would think with all the staff there someone would answer the phone. I guess they go dead when it rings...It's terrible. Glad I'm not going back

I am a 60 yrs old female, I've been having severe pain in my neck mainly.i had one surgeon and a chiropractor tell me I needed surgery. But i wanted to try. Pain management first. My first visit was with a staff member, we went through all the meds I am already on,never mentioning that there were two meds that I was on that I couldn't take along whatever they gave me.
