This is a good community overall but lately we have been invaded by cats. People keep feeding them !!!They destroy our plants, cars or just do their business everywhere! and management seems to be doing nothing about it .Also tried reaching out to animals services but the won’t help because the owner has to reach out to them
My experience with Alma Ramirez at YES! Communities (Dynamic II, DeSoto, TX) was deeply unprofessional. They close too early and their hours are not the same online as they are in person I think it’s unfair that they’re closing early when we have to pay a $75 overcharge if we don’t pay our rent the exact day but how can we when they lie about their hours and they’ve only ever opened the pool twice in the 7 years I’ve lived here and that’s one of the main reasons we chose to live here and every 6months they charge an extra $55 on the land
cuando busque casa me encontre esta community me gusto mucho para mi familia por que es una community muy limpia pero ultimamente estan aunmentando la renta cada 6 meses y cambiando los dias de pagar renta lo pusieron el dia 4 de cada mes aparte en google aparese que cierran a las 6 pm pero los dias de renta cierran antes de las 5 pm y si bas el dia 5 del mes te cobran $75 dollars mas por pago tarde segun y eso seme ase muy injusto que agan eso porque aparte la forma que le hablan a uno es muy grosero
