Weird people, management team and leasing managers go around people property and walk behind the trailer to catch anything they can fine you with or tell you to remove. I’m all in for the place to look good but when they start crossing the yard and looking past the house it’s just plain weird. That’s all they do driving the golf cart they are in. Friendly neighborhood just extremely strict people in the leasing office abusing the power they have.

I don't recommend this place because every now and then the rental prices go up and when you complain to the manager they answer you very rudely especially a new lady who came in wants to change everything overnight apart from the fact that many people are complaining that you can't park outside your space so that they fix the parking lots of the trailer to be able to park more than 3 cars in your place..
