Seriously love the atmosphere of Dynamic & it's staff! Best part about my whole gym experience is Miss Heidi (trainer at the Sulphur location) she gives me just enough push to keep me motivated to keep going! Definitely love pushing my beyond my own comfort zone at some of her classes!
Awesome staff Heidi and Alex are my favorite because they are down to earth . I deff recommend anyone who is anyone to come . You just feel so welcomed and so good after a good work out . Babysitting is great and for rtge price I think it's worth it.
