Everything at the gym is great! Really love the atmosphere.
Seriously, ask for Shelby to help you with a workout plan. He is amazing, encouraging, and makes you feel like you can do this! Staff is always available to help. Gym is not overly packed. This is truly a no judgement zone.
Very friendly atmosphere and lots to choose from depending on how you work out. Sitter for small children in nursery setting. People to show you about equipment, pool, special classes and smoothie bar.
Best workout experience I’ve ever had! The group classes are so much fun! The instructors are super nice and motivating! Absolutely love it there.
Silver Sneakers classes with Adele are good for the body and the soul!!
