Worst customer service ever! Have an issue with their service, don’t bother writing an email they will never respond. Don’t bother calling, you’ll stay on hold for over an hour just to talk to a customer care rep that doesn’t know how to answer your questions. Third option, have your doctor send them a request and they don’t even respond to them. Waste of money to have privately done testing through them
Arrived at 7:35 on Saturday, left at 8:20 with all the tests done including an ECG. The staff were very friendly and there was transparency in terms of the wait time.
Worst, slowest place ever. No matter your arrival time, you will wait hours for your procedure. They are woefully understaffed. AVOID.
SHERIF the technician that withdrew my blood sample was MAGNIFICANT! I didnt feel a thing. I hope he's there whenever im going next!
