Worst lab to come to They denied taking us in even when the wait time was 45 min and they had 1hr 10min to close And there were only 3 people sitting n Waiting
Dont come here, waiting time is horrible!!!
The worst customer service in this location and Dynacare in general. We pay for the app and the results don’t show up. I see the order number and the date but results stay pending forever. I came to this location where I did the test and they said “I don’t know” , that’s the customer service they can provide. Going to lifelabs, never dynacare ever again
This is not the first time... Most days they have RIDICULOUS wait times...unless you go early morning... Today I was told its 1hr43mins!!!!!! Seriously? Owners/Management has to do something about these consistently high wait times...
