My Experience at this Dyna Care location was exceptional. The lady at reception ( I could not catch her name ) was kind enough to allow me to check in minutes before closure as well as Maureen who took blood samples for my mother was very helpful and caring. Thank you
Wait times are crazy! Over 2 and half hours waiting. There are 4 booths and 3 rooms for service, yet only two nurses who multitask everything: check-ins, computer issues, phones and service for patients. There's an unemployment crisis in the country and Dynacare (owned by Labcorp USA) cant bother to hire a couple of receptionists or extra nurses at their clinics in Canada.
I had a blood test done today.. I waited no more than 10 minutes. The Nurse Suzanne was absolutely amazing, I told her that I was scared to needles and she did an excellent job I barely felt anything and I was done within 5 minutes, she is great at her job and very patient.
I have been coming to this DynaCare location for about three years, and today’s experience left me feeling extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. right when the clinic opened on a long weekend Saturday. I completely understand that it was very busy, and I appreciate that the staff were under pressure.
