Overbooked and understaffed. Walked in at 10am only to be told that their wait times exceed past their closing time (12 pm on Sat) Not the best alternative to Lifelabs at the moment. Also their web check-in facility is down most of the time.
No point in checking in online before you come. You still have to wait an insane amount of time on top of the wait at home.
People come in for blood tests because something is off, so you should treat them kindly, not with a bad attitude. This is the second time I have come here and left without getting my blood test done. Maureen, the older lady at the front, was rude again. Shame!! As a junior staff member in a position like hers, she should at least learn how to talk to people properly. Remember you are not the only game in Town. Lots of labs out there ……. No wonder your place was empty I would appreciate it if the manager contacts me
Waited for 1h20min and had to cancel my appt since I was not able to wait longer.
