I had a mixed experience at this lab. My 10-year-old son and I came in for blood work. After I finished, I asked if I could stay with my anxious son during his first-ever blood draw. The Asian technician refused, saying they were busy and closing at noon, don’t have time to stay with my son, etc. I understand time constraints, but denying a parent’s presence for a young, anxious child was very upsetting and caused my son a lot of distress. First time going to this clinic and even though the staff were polite, the wait times are ridiculous. Expect to wait a very long time if you want to get your blood tests done. This place is way too slow.

I have been in here twice now and both times I had asked how long it would be and was told the time but if people in front of me didn’t show that they would squeeze me in 2 people had not showed and I am still waiting and they took people that were after me. Not very professional at all very disappointed

What a horrible experience. I know my review probably wont even matter but i hope someone else out there learns from it. I came to drop my health card and requisition form. I received a text message to come back in one hour. After one hour, I received a text message that your turn is next. When I came inside, The rude old lady With her ugly behaviour Tells me to wait another hour. Then, after that, she tells me to come back tomorrow if you cannot wait.
