Waiting time is too long.
If i could give no stars this would be it. I came in with my partner to get bloodwork today and waited at the front. Had a mom and her daughter wait behind us and the moment we tried to check in, the mom and daughter behind us overtook the line. Instead of helping us, they helped the people behind us instead. Worse service in general. There's a line for a reason. Will never attempt to go here again.
Hard working staff, professional and friendly. Maureen was amazing helping me relax for blood collection. Staffing shortage is not the staffs fault please try to remember that. My wait time was over an hour but the two staff members working as hard and as fast as they can.
