Understaffed. The ladies here work very hard. Obviously the Regional Manager needs to make further assessments!

The appointments can go upto 2 hours waiting, so be careful when you come to this facility. The facility is clean, but less number of staff, taking care of reception and blood works both. They should have a separate staff for these two separate jobs.
There was no waiting time shown on the online check-in at this location, and when I arrived, the waiting list was 69 minutes. It would be very helpful if the system could be updated and activated properly to provide better service. Thank you.
Zahra was professional, quick and courteous. Very clean facility.
