The waiting time at this place is just too long. Although the service is decent, I ended up waiting without receiving much actual service. I was told to expect a 45-minute wait, but I have now been waiting for an hour and a half. I feel that if I had been informed right from the start that the wait would be an hour and a half, I wouldn’t have had any problems. However, being given a significantly shorter estimate is something no one would appreciate. I hope they can improve both their ability to estimate wait times.

I was in the clinic on the morning of June 28th to have bloodwork completed. The staff at the front desk were professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the technician taking my blood samples was not empathetic and lacked professionalism. I am over 50 years old, have had bloodwork completed on numerous occasions, so I know what to expect during this kind of visit. Very kind lady and man at the front. I think the lady was Chinese and the man was brown (not 100% sure about ethnicities). Just writing to share my experience, they made me feel comfortable and wait was not too long! I came at ~8:30 AM.
