Dear Dynacare Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location. On [date], my wife and I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, only to be refused service. This is unacceptable. Your posted hours should guarantee service up until the official closing time, and turning patients away early shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. The ability to book online is wonderful and apparently necessary because trying to call this place is a literal nightmare. I had a question about my lab test, called every day multiple times a day for 3 weeks to no answer. Either it would just ring and ring and ring or I'd select the option to speak to someone and the menu would just take me right back to the beginning. Had to call my OB to ask permission to use a different lab.
This place is terrible for working people. Checked in for a walk in blood test with a listed wait time of 30 minutes, and I was taken for blood after 2 hours. They told me that they take appointments every 10 minutes and that it may be around 40-45 minutes to wait, which is infuriating and unrealistic. There should be 2 screens: 1 for walk-ins and 1 for appointments with the times listed.
5 start for the services provided by the staff. They are professional and well trained. 1 star for the wait list estimated wait time display. Dynacare should invest more in updating and upgrading this outdated system. It makes patients frustrated and upset when they can simply account for people who booked appointments in advance, and give true estimates.
