Absolutely terrible staff and processing. They make no attempt to pick up phone calls or state on the website. That they don’t do walk in. Then when you arrive they send you to credit valley with a 2 hour wait time. I watch 4 groups of people get turned around at the door.

Answer your god damn phones.
The technician for blood work was tone deaf. Told her veins are narrow so please use butterfly needle but she didn’t bother & kept poking the arm. After 6 tries told her to stop & use butterfly needle, she did & got blood immediately. No apology, no respect. Arm is still hurting & sore one week later.
Overall lab is slow only one to two employee working there . Do not advice to go there during weekend Wassim is very helpful and fast .
