My mom waited for an hour and a half in the waiting area, which was packed. Asked the nurses when it was her turn, but they kept convincing her it was almost her turn. In the end my mom had to leave because she had to leave without seeing the doctor because she had other appointments to run to. Total waste of time. We suspect this doctor is double-triple booking without any real time management. So irresponsible.
Be prepared to wait forever to be seen for literally no reason. Front desk is rude. Do yourself a favor and just ask for any other dermatologist referral...
