Rushed pedicure. Did not receive 5 minute massage. It was 1 minute on each foot. Didn’t even clean up the extra polish! Never returning.

I had a really pleasant experience, the vibe was inviting, and the people were friendly. The price was fair and checkout was easy! Would recommend :)

Honestly, I had a pretty rough experience at Dylan Blue Nail Spa in Costa Mesa. First off, they wouldn’t let me pay when I got there, even though I wanted to just get it out of the way and to avoid getting persuaded into something I didn’t want. Super inconvenient. Then, the water for my pedicure was freezing cold, and I had to sit with my feet in it for like five minutes until they drained it and finally warmed it up And when I asked for a basic pedicure, I could hear the tech talking about me and saying I needed extra scru... read more

I asked for a soak off for my acrylic nails a few days ago instead of them soaking it off they proceeded to use a nail tip to remove my nails. I was in pain but they still proceeded since I just wanted my nails to be removed I didn’t get anything else done but after it my nails were thin and in pain ! After I few days I thought it would go away but I still have pain in my nail beds from them ripping it off. I do not recommend to get nail removals here.
