I have been coming here for about 2 years. I like to gel gel x manicures here and gel pedicures. The salon is really spacious, relaxing, and clean. My nails always last really well so they have great retention. I like how many different pedicure options there are too! The technicians are all very kind too. I've been to their Tustin location because it's closer to my house, but I still travel to this one as I feel it's better. I went yesterday and accidentally left my phone. Rushed pedicure. Did not receive 5 minute massage. It was 1 minute on each foot. Didn’t even clean up the extra polish! Never returning.
I had a really pleasant experience, the vibe was inviting, and the people were friendly. The price was fair and checkout was easy! Would recommend :)
Honestly, I had a pretty rough experience at Dylan Blue Nail Spa in Costa Mesa. First off, they wouldn’t let me pay when I got there, even though I wanted to just get it out of the way and to avoid getting persuaded into something I didn’t want. Super inconvenient.
