I asked for a soak off for my acrylic nails a few days ago instead of them soaking it off they proceeded to use a nail tip to remove my nails. I was in pain but they still proceeded since I just wanted my nails to be removed I didn’t get anything else done but after it my nails were thin and in pain ! After I few days I thought it would go away but I still have pain in my nail beds from them ripping it off. I do not recommend to get nail removals here.
My go to girl was booked up for this month and saw the reviews at this lux salon and thought to myself why not. I called ahead and they were able to take me back. The girl I was assigned to was the rudest tech I’ve ever had. Not only did she push my hands away during my service she said and I quote “if you don’t lie your nail shape you can do them yourself *hands me the nail file*” I have never been so shocked before in my life. Absolutely love this nail salon! They are so kind and so professional always making sure I feel comfortable and give me exactly what I want! ~My manicurist was Mimi She was exceptional and even help me pick the perfect color for my nails to make them last longer and more beautiful! I loved her advice! ~ My pedicure was done by Phuong Nguyen the sweetest young lady, also felt so respected when I was asked what I wanted and made sure it was done perfectly with frequently asking if I liked it! This place always amazing and all of the employees do a wonderful job and are very professional.
What a wonderful, professional salon! I came here with my future sister-in-law to get her bridal nails done. Everyone was so friendly! The salon was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. I will definitely be back.
