Recommendedtook my oldest Daughter here for her First dentist Appointment this morning and the staff was great
At my grand daughters appt this morning (6/24/20) if the child is 6 and up, no one can go back with them to the procedure room. Exceptions are procedures with sedation or special needs children. Not the office rules but rules set by the ADA. We were definitely surprised that we were not notified of this prior to the appt. Thank goodness all went well but my grand daughter was scared to death as she is only 6 and had never been alone for an appt.
Brought custody papers to get kids teeth taken care of like they asked. Papers are good enough for EVERY other medical professional but NOT good enough for them. This is after waiting 2 months for an appointment!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Kept saying HIPPA won't allow it.. Weel how come HIPPA allows it everywhere else?! Hippa is the same at the other places, it's not like a dental office is better!!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! was with my daughter during the Custody paper process. Pretty SORRY when papers are good for EVERY MEDICAL and SCHOOL ...BUT THE HIGH AND MIGHTY PPL HERE!! Waited FOREVER for them to even get a dentist for the ages of these kids. AND one has CAVITY that causes pain!! THEY COULD CARE LESS!!😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
This place caused my 8 yr old daughter to enjoy going to the dentist and she hates any kind of doctor visit. Great people.
they were fantastic with my 3 yr old grandson!
I cannot brag on this place enough. Today was our second time seeing Dr. Brien, (3rd visit to the office) and him and the rest of the staff have been nothing short of amazing with our daughter! Working with small children is a task, let alone at a dentist. We are very thankful for such kind, patient people!
I called to make my daughters and appointment and I understand the fact they are booked outrageously BUT the woman on the phone did not have to have an attitude and talk to me like I was nothing or my kids weren't a concern on the phone! Y'all need to get PROFESSIONALS on the phone! That place has went so down hill from the last time my daughter has visited! I was totally shocked!
when your source of business is primarily Appointment based.. please dont let the first words out of your mouth when I'm calling to schedule an appointment be.." we probably wont have anything the rest of the year"... Can you check ? should not have to be asked of you to do your job.... There was an appointment btw.. for THE exact day i asked!
