Great service and they have an excellent yearly maintenance program that I highly recommend. Maintenance program gives you a discount with labor and parts if needed down the road. Have been with Dye for numerous years and all the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist. A.C. shut down over the hot weekend and they came right out. Last year had a gas leak so they worked several days in and out of home, no issues with staff and always willing to come out when called. Good, quality, friendly work. Would use them again and have used them before for other projects.
They didn't assess the problem correctly. They didn't communicate as a team so they would promise something they could deliver on. They also didn't see that they installed the product that needed repair and got snippy with me on the phone. Will NEVER do business again. 10 years ago they seemed like a kind Christian group of people. Others that have used them all know their over priced and leave a mess when they go. So disappointed in how my situation has gone. I am over a week now with out hot water.
