We have been using Dye for several years now. Every time that they have came to do something, they always come on time and clean up the mess before they leave. They are polite and never goof off. I would and have recommended them.
They did a good job on our water heater replacement project. The plumber (Bob) was knowledgeable, friendly, and took care in his work.

Absolutely the best service you will find anywhere. I've been using Dye for about 5 years now, and hands down they are the best at just about - well, everything! They have replaced my central AC, installed a new hybrid hot water heater, new water softener, replaced piping, etc. - and each time its been a treat. Horrible customer service. Secretary needs a lesson in speaking to customers and apparently retrained on scheduling. Asked to speak to whoever is in charge, lady refused. Would love to be able to keep my business local but not with this company.
Just wanted to say thank-you to the people at Dye for repairing a plumbing leak we had last week. It had seemed like an easy and quick fix, but it became more complicated when it became apparent that a previous plumber (not a Dye person) had made an error in installing a shut-off valve. Cole was the Dye technician who fixed the problem, and was cheerful and professional throughout.
