Dr. Dyck's office is professional and friendly. Dr. Dyck takes time to explain procedures well. You do not get a 'hurry up and let me get to my next patient' feel.
My family has never had the luxury of dental Ins. We have been to many dentists and none compare to Dr.Ray's skill, service and staff. His staff is helpful informative and a pleasure to work with. Dr.Ray is an outstanding dentist!
My family and I love Dr Dyck, my son didn't even know that the freezing needle was going in when it did because Dr Dyck was so awesome with everything!I brought my neice to him, who had just been traumatized at another denist and after one visit, she had regained her confidence in dentists! He is great with kids (and parent too!) and I will not go anywhere else, even if it is a lower cost. He and his staff are worth every penny!
I love him as a dentist but find it hard to pay up front and not happy to have to pay 5% more than what my full coverage dental plan pays (because of technology advances). I also think that it takes the focus off patient care to focus on making that extra bit of money. I do like his community focus so I keep going back. He is a gentle spirit and I like that and his staff are the best.
He is the best Dr EVER for dentistry - patient, caring and very knowledgable. Unfortunately I agree with the other posts that since his move to his newly designed beautiful office - his new billing policy of payment first has forced me to go elsewhere for dental care for my family :( I have full coverage but find it difficult to budjet a full fee up front for my entire family. Our family loves Dr. Dyck.... hes a great dentist and great with the kids... however, he changed his billing policy and since we can't afford to pay upfront, we've had to go elsewhere. Still... he is really fabulous.
The very best in his profession. I've recommended many people to him and they all felt the same way. He donates a lot of his time in Abbotsford, providing dentistry to individuals with addictions, who otherwise cannot afford to have dental work done. He and his wife spent time in Africa setting up a clinic and helping those in need. He has done amazing work with my teeth, where other dentists have failed. He should be rated 10!
Liked him until he changed his billing policies, he seems to be about the all mighty dollar now for his sheik shop
dr. dyck is simply the best dentist ,he's very caring takes his time and i trust what he is doing , i've never had a problem there , very friendly staff .
