My experiences with Dr. Dyck reflected expertise, integrity, and kindness. His staff were attentive and caring.
Great dentist and great staff. No complaints at all.
Dr Dyck is an excellent dentist. However, the office is so busy, it is very difficult to get an appointment without booking several months in advance. There is one receptionist that I don't care for too much (not Laura, she is great) and one hygienist that I believe was a bit dishonest in her reflection of time spent of scaling.
I called Dr. Dyk's office and tried to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist "Laura" was rude and said they are so busy as it is and she wasn't sure "what I would want to do with that". Laura you need work on not losing business for Dr Dyk and ENCOURAGING NEW PATIENTS to visit the office.
A great dentist, with great staff. Only negative would be the extra bit we have to pay over our insurance coverage, I've never asked why his rate is slightly higher than what the insurance company allows. I like to think it funds some of the great community and international work he does!
I have been going to Dr Dyck office for about 13 years.He is the Best .He goes Above and Beyond his call of Duty.He is a caring ,professional Dentist.Him and his Staff makes you feel like Family.
Have been seeing Dr. Dyck for about 16 years after moving to Abbotsford. Came to practice with a fear of dentists. Now look forward to seeing him & his staff 2 or more times a years. Have referred many friends to him through the years. Have had major work done. I think it hurts him more than me when I have to get freezing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. There is nothing this office can improve on!!!
Good dentist and staff. Did not like paying 5% over my 100% dental coverage and then hearing about him and his wife's great trips and cruises, etc. If you don't mind paying extra then go for it.
Dr. Dyck has been my dentist for 20 years and there is nobody better. He is thorough, very caring, and great with kids. Goes out of his way to ensure that his patients are taken care of. He is above and beyond a great dentist. I trust nobody else with my dental issues. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could.
