We had AMAZING service yesterday by this wonderful company which more then deserves a shoutout! We had purchased a used recliner & getting home, realized that it must have been the prior owners dogs "bed". We tried a Bissell carpet shampooer which unfortunately seemed to only make the smell worse. We didn't know if it make a difference, but called Dycarp to at least try. WOW is all I can say!!! I would highly recommend Dycarp. I called and was able to get my carpets done the next day. From the person who scheduled my appointment to the two gentlemen that came out to my home the professionalism was awesome. Nick and his associate called before they arrived which was great, as I am a nursing student with a horrible schedule. My living,dining room and stairs were done within 30 to 45 mins. This company is amazing! I called them in a panic because I was moving into a home which surprise!, the landlord had not cleaned the house and the carpets were filthy. Not only did they fit me in THAT DAY, but the technicians were so hard working, polite, and did the job without AC! (Another thing the landlord did not help us to get done.)
