We had AMAZING service yesterday by this wonderful company which more then deserves a shoutout! We had purchased a used recliner & getting home, realized that it must have been the prior owners dogs "bed". We tried a Bissell carpet shampooer which unfortunately seemed to only make the smell worse. We didn't know if it make a difference, but called Dycarp to at least try. WOW is all I can say!!!
