Dycarp came in Nov to do my carpet and couch...the next day every spot came back...I refuse to pay and after talking with the manager all was settled until January they fraudulently use my card to charge me again...do not trust this company... law suites pending!
RecommendedHad an appointment from 9-11. The DyCarp Crew was efficient and prompt! I totally recommend them for all your floor needs!! I have 2 dogs, and it shows in the before pics, but no sign of them now!!
Wow!! Amazing job and price. I was going everywhere shopping around for flooring (homedepot, Lowe’s, lumber liquidators) but none of them knew more about flooring than Dycarp. I was able to get me exactly what I wanted at a way better price! Thank you again 🙏
Just had our carpets cleaned.. THEY LOOK BETTER THAN THE DAY WE MOVED IN! We called and received service the very next day! The techs that came out were amazing! They completed 6 rooms and 2 staircases plus a hallway in under 2 hours. Extremely professional, personable, and reasonably priced! Love, LOVE LOVE Dycarp! Thanks!
I called to book appt a day before services with a time window between 11-1 for the next day. Called at 1p lady that answered the phone claimed they didnt have an appt for me...ummm ok. I was quoted one price when i made the original appt then the price was increased when i called to inqure about where the technician was and what time he would get here. There was no apology or anything customer service sucks only gave 2 stars because the technician was great and did a good job on my carpets.
We contracted Dycarp for move out purposes and we were dissatisfied with their services. I specifically asked for raking which did not happen and my carpets still looked as if they were untouched and undeodorized. After talking with their customer service department, they would not refund my money but offered for the same technician to come back out to do the raking. I have used Dycarp three or four times over the last two or three years to clean my carpets and for a few other issues I've had. Again, you guys have come through for me and I appreciate it very very much. I do know you guys are a local family owned business and you are setting the standards to why its best to go with business that originated right here in our own area. Tell Jeff I said thank you
