It's hard for us to put into words the magnificent job that DWM Property Management did with our property. They managed to complete a total renovation of our unit given a narrow timeframe and did so without cost overruns. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and there were no surprises. We trusted them with our investment and we're so glad that we did!
They took on a technically difficult job and finished it exactly as required. The work was professional and very well done. They are empathetic, flexible and help us achieve our goal. l highly recommend them.
Good clean work done by the group. Ensured that everything was completed as expected. While waiting for another contractor to complete another portion of the work, DWM ensured that the work area was left tidy, creating minimal disruption for the tenants. Good clear communications and planning for the work.
We are writing this review about a year after DWM did our full kitchen remodel. We wanted the dust to settle and see how things really came into be after their project with us. We are incredibly pleased with their ability to come in on budget, be transparent, and responsive to any of our concerns. Project Manager Annette is a great help, and master carpenter Jampa is friendly and very neat.
