I'm sure your people are great but whoever answers the phone could be a little bit more polite. I understand there are rules but if they aren't explained clearly, you gotta expect people will have a questions. Don't cut them off less than a minute into conversation as if they've been pressing you. Unprofessional and unfriendly impression.
This place is a clear rip off. Either they tried to fool me because I didn’t know Spanish or they are overcharging customers. For a small bunch of flower with 10 flowers and the guy in the counter said it’s previous day’s, the lady in the billing charged me $20. Make sure you check the price before billing to avoid such ripoffs.
Adrian is awesome and helpful. He kindly answered all our questions. Definitely would recommend this place!
