Overall, *** can be nice on a good day. My experiences with him as a property manager have been subpar and negative. I have listed a few categories below. 1) Paying rent No online portal to pay rent online. For those of us who work til 5pm, his systems do no support you. The building in which *** is located closes at 5pm with NO dropbox, making it a pain to pay rent unless you want to pay extra to mail the check (chance it gets lost or delayed and boom, there is your 5% late fee) or DRIVE IT TO HIS HOUSE.Systems need to be ... read more
