I have lived here since March 2010 when it was Carmel Vienna Metro Apartments before it changed to Dwell Vienna Metro Apartments. Since the 10 years that I have been living here, I have not had a negative experience while living at Dwell Vienna Metro. The staff are very professional and their maintenance team are excellent. The community is within walking distance to a shopping center, Vienna Metro station and easy access to the Capital Beltway. I would recommend Dwell to anyone.
I lived here for almost 2 years and I can say without a doubt its the best apartment I've had the opportunity to stay at. The gym and clubroom are great. Appliances are new and work great. I very much appreciate the staff including Richie who makes the Dwell an easy place to recommend to anyone.
My experience living at Dwell Vienna Metro Apartments has been a good one. Great location. Very clean safe area. Close walking distance to the metro and only a 25-30 minute ride into Washington D.C. The apartment complex has an in unit washer and dryer, gym, swimming pool, and beautiful hardwood flooring in the living room which was very important to us. I would recommend Dwell Vienna Metro Apartments to my friends and others.
This is very nice apartment. I am living here for 5 years. Staffs are all kindly and very helpful.
So far, I would not recommend this apartment as I am having a very difficult time simply signing a lease. They have made multiple errors on it and now it has disappeared from the online portal. I cannot her in touch with anyone in the actual office. My husband and I have called multiple times with no success. There are a lot of red flags, which is a real shame as we liked a lot of things about this apartment complex.
TERRIBLE energy efficiency. My electric bill for a 2 bedroom has been as high as $188 due to heat build up elsewhere. Management acknowledged the excess heat issue but has refused to fix the issue until next year. Seems to suggest that curent residents don’t matter to them, don’t you think???
