I feel at home here. The staff is friendly and accessible. I have had a couple issues needing the support of maintenance which were handled professionally and super fast! Garage parking is great and I always feel safe.
Although we have been a part of the community for 4 months, I can happily say that we made the best decision by moving here amid a plethora of options near the orange line. The employees are very nice, attentive, and helpful. When we encountered issues with the apartment dishwasher and plumbing, the problems were addressed very quickly. When a leakage was discovered in the apartment above, staff communicated immediately to ensure everything was right in our apartment. We have lived at dwell Vienna metro since September of last year. The location is really great, it is about 500M from the metro station and a lot of bus routes. It is also right off of 66 so super convenient! The garage parking is also great!
I have lived at Dwell Vienna Metro Apartments since July 2018. Like any apartment complex, there have been ups and downs but I have enjoyed my overall experience living here. I love the proximity to the Vienna Metro (7-10 min. walk), I love the Amazon Hub lockers, and I appreciate that I do not have to pay to park my car in the garage, something that is rare in the DC Metro area. We have lived at Dwell for over a year now and we love it. Richie has been great to work with. The apts are nice and area is kept clean! Nice for dogs!
