Overall, the living environment here is very good, comfortable, and well-managed. Most of the reception staff are friendly, patient, and helpful, and I truly appreciate their support during my stay. However, I would like to raise a concern about one female reception staff member who call Shen Liu. On several occasions, the information provided by her was not very detailed and sometimes not fully accurate, which caused some confusion.
