Shoutout to James at Dwayne Lane’s Dodge for going the extra mile. James coordinated service and maintenance for my car with ease, and the customer service was outstanding. The center caps for my wheels had degraded during the tire change, and did not meet with the technicians high standards to put back on my vehicle. James ordered new caps for me and now my car once again looks about as good as the day I rolled it off the lot in Tucson... minus the 35k of adventures I’ve put on it.
