The service dept. Is slow and not friendly at all. Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting a while. They should have more people working on a Saturday when more people can come in.
They were quicken changing oil , customer service was excellent
Service was quick and responsive.
Called yesterday to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I could get in today. The service writer Meagan was prompt and attentive. She kept me informed during the whole repair process. She throughly explained the problem, pricing and time frames. Even though I was there for 5 hours, it was okay because I knew what to expect. I hope others have as good of an experience as I did.
save your time! They don't honor their own sales they advertised! Erika Lippincott told me it's an error in their system that they didn't mean it and it's 10,000 more.
