Very disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with the parts department. I worked with the parts manager, James, and found the customer service to be unhelpful and frustrating. Communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I expected better support and professionalism from a dealership. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this parts department and hope management takes steps to improve customer service.
