Very disappointing experience with the Parts Department at Lane’s CDJR. I purchased a part from them and was told that if it didn’t work, I could bring it back. Unfortunately, the part did not work for my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, they refused to take the part back. I asked to speak with a manager hoping we could resolve the situation professionally. I had a very disappointing experience with the parts department. I worked with the parts manager, James, and found the customer service to be unhelpful and frustrating. Communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I expected better support and professionalism from a dealership. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this parts department and hope management takes steps to improve customer service.
