Dr Buchanan is an exceptional doctor. I had a few questions and he sat patiently as I asked and he looked me in the eye the whole time listening and explaining each question I had . And never once did he look at his watch like he was In a hurry to go like many of the doctors there do. He made me feel like he cared about me and my concerns I had. He answered all my questions and did it in a way that made sense to me. He is a great person and a heck of a doctor.
I had an incredible experience with my doctor. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, from ordering all the necessary tests to personally following up with me. What really stood out was that he even took the time to call me himself to let me know I needed to start my antibiotic right away - that level of care and attention is rare. Dr. Buchanan is always patient and shows genuine concern toward me. He always answers any questions I have and give answers and explanations to my questions, In a way I can fully understand. He is never condescending. Dr. Buchanan listen to my concerns and I like and respect him for that.
