My mother, husband, sister and I are all patients of Dr. Buchanan! His care and compassion for his patients is amazing! Dr. Buchanan takes the time to listen to your problem and works colloboratively with his patients to determine the best course of action.
Dr. Dwayne Buchanan is an excellent Provider. However his front desk staff is so rude. There is one person who has terrible customer service. He will lose patients because of his front desk and that will be sad
I found the office staff to be very unresponsive. It could be days or weeks before you hear back form the Dr or their staff, even when serious health issues are at stake. Even specialists that try to contact this office don't receive responses or VERY delayed responses. The Dr himself is nice enough, but he must not conduct himself in a way that conveys to his staff the need for some sort of customer service and urgency. In the end, i'd never recommend for anything but a HS physical.
Dr. Buchanan is a smart, understanding, and kind doctor. I have recommended him to many people. I have seen how he takes time with family members to explain things thoroughly. He is a great doctor, and so is his support staff!
