My first visit with Doctor Buchanan after my previous doctor retired. Doctor Buchanan was professional, very pleasant and he listened to my concerns. He is of course very knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned with my wellbeing. I truly believe Doctor is Buchanan is the right doctor for me at this time.

This comment is so true. Starting the later part of last year, 2019, I started experiencing the same issues. Promises that labs are covered, and the office applies codes to lab orders that are not covered by the insurance company. I am currently waiting for my maintenance medicine to be refilled and the pharmacy has not received a response back from Dr. Dwayne Buchanan's office. His office manager, Iris, is not trustworthy. I leave messages, but no return calls or messages in response to my inquiries are left for me.
His office staff is absolutely horrible! Calls always go to voice mail, prescriptions go unfilled for days, they NEVER call back.
