Purchased a 2016 toyota highlander today and couldn't be happier with the deal and service we got. Our salesman Mr. Jerry was hands down one of the nicest guys around down to earth and super helpful. Can't thank him enough for all he did for us. I highly recommend going to see him.
Purchased a vehicle from them and the same day as the purchase it was back at the dealership being worked on. Little did I know, we was getting stuck with the repair bill. They didnt however fix the issue we was having but within a week multiple other issues popped up. The vehicle is currently not safe to drive so it just sits in the driveway untill we figure out what to do with it so we're not stuck with a repair bill that costs more than the vehicle is worth. *BEWARE* Do not do business with these people. They don’t stand behind their vehicles they sell. The service department is piss poor. My son bought a 2022 GMC Sierra from them in Sept 2025 and 1 week later the problems started. Tailgate wouldn’t open, the speaker in the tailgate wouldn’t work and the back window leaked water. Took it to the dealership in my area and they fixed the speaker and tailgate but the back window I brought back to Murray. They kept the truck for a month yes you read that right.
