My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Chad. It was a super easy process and when we went to do the paperwork, we were in and out in less than an hour. Chad and Leslie were great to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
Had an appointment to have my first oil change on my 2025 Chev 1500 LTZ duramax. Appointment time was 1:00. Still setting in the waiting room at 2:20 waiting for my truck. They said they were short a quart of oil. I could have walked to town and back by now to get a quart of oil. The girl , Rysa Bankston said it takes a hour for them to change oil. Apparently Ken Grace the service manager needs to get on the ball. I can change it myself ( without all the lifts and equipment)in less than 30 minutes. Also can’t imagine a deale... read more
TOO HIGH ON EVERYTHING THEY DO.
Bought a truck from Dwain Taylor Chevrolet in Murray KY on November 16th 2024. As soon as we drove the truck off the lot it made a loud noise when it went into 4th gear. We immediately took it back to the dealership and let them know what happened they said “ drive it for a week, the truck has to learn the driver and then the problem will go away….” ( also the sales manager * Mike Scott * made the comment “good thing you have a power train warranty good for 30 days)We drove it for a week and it still made the same noise, cal... read more
