We purchased a 2026 Blaczer 3LT from them for about $2,500.00 less than what our local dealer offered. So, I'd say a one hour ride each way was well worth the time. Oh, I researched both dealers within an hour for the exact same model.
I was going to do a long 'story' type write up of my experience but it was not the greatest story and way more words than needed to get the point across. Duane Taylor Chevrolet is the dealership you grew up with. Happy to have your business, respectful. Listens to what you say and follows through on what they promise to deliver. I got a great truck, at a great price, and they followed all my requests perfectly and went above and beyond on a few things.
My husband communicated with Dalton for about a week regarding a 2025 Nissan Murano Platinum. We asked multiple questions, had to follow up several times for responses, and after requesting pricing information multiple times we finally received a quote. I want to start this off with saying if I could leave a 0 star review I would. I also have NEVER left a review anywhere so this should go to show how upsetting my experience was with this “dealership”. To start I talked to a salesman named Dalton for nearly a WEEK about a vehicle. The salesman did not give me the time of day.
