I got my nails done by Ava and, I’m very disappointed with how bad my nails look. During my service she put two nails on crooked and then instead of giving me the mat top I asked for she gave me a shine polish. Yes, she did fix these mistakes, but overall my nails are still very sloppy. upon talking to her and asking if we could come to some type of conclusion to get this fixed she admitted that she didn’t know how to do the shape of my nails I asked for but, proceeded to do the shape anyways. I received great services the salon was so cleaned and staff extremely nice and professional. I leave quite a little far but i will be returning as a customer. I highly recommend this place
I have been a customer since the pandemic 2020 & I love the care that I receive with every appointment. This is the place where I have “me time” with no distractions. Alanna always gets my nails & feet together and has paid attention to every detail of how I like my nails to look.
