I ordered my ring light thru the dve store and when I received my order, the gooseneck that was provided did not fit my light stand. I called the number listed on the website around 7 PM to find out that the store was closed. As I hung up a call, I received a call back from Rob who assisted me with my issue. After sending emails back and forth, he was able to figure out that I received a defective gooseneck and sent a request for a replacement. I just received the replacement today and it fits perfectly. I absolutely love my Diva Ring Light from DVeStore. It's completely changed the quality of my videos. Recently, the bulb in my Ring Light died. I was concerned because I had only had it for about 6 months and it just didn't seem right to me that it would have died. I contacted DVeStore about what they might be able to do for me. The online (FREE) "How To" videos published by the DVeStore are extremely helpful. After watching one, I had a particular issue not covered by the video. I emailed Jason about it. Even though I had never been a customer, he took the time to respond within a few hours with exactly the right answer. I'm very pleased with that level of support!
These guys had the item I had been searching all over for. When a "hiccup" occurred that was not of their doing they made it right and my item arrived on time, just like they promised. I know that I will look for my future purchases here before I go anywhere else... if I even bother to look elsewhere. Well done, folks.
