Lived here for 2-3 years. No complaints first two years, then new management struck when Miller was bought by Rainier properties. Rent went from $850/mo to $1450/mo (!!) on my 6-month lease, so I took out a year lease for $1100. Over that time, the commons area was destroyed (no sign of repairs for 6+ months) , thieves stole my bike right off the porch including cutting my lock, the pest control disappeared completely (the amount I paid for pest control went up by $30/month), and property upkeep basically disappeared.
