Don't know what I would have done without Ed and Kevin in the service department yesterday. Transmission light came on, called them and they took me in right away. Thank goodness it wasn't a major problem as I do a lot of driving. I will continue to have my car serviced here and thank the team, from the greeters to the mechanics, for taking care of me.

Took my Ford F150 to their service department because I bought it there with a full warranty. I told them I wanted an oil change and my air conditioner fixed. They told me they would need it for two days, which really bummed me out. At pickup, they said the a/c was not fixed, that I would have to take it to Duval Ford for that. Really, after two days of having my work vehicle they tell me now I have to go somewhere else? Here comes the real slap in the face....
