Worse place to take your car for service. Last summer we took our Acura MDX to get a detailing service. When we left the dealer we noticed something was not right with the radio (didn't turn off, volume going up or down without using the knobs). When we took it back to the dealer the service staff told us we needed a new radio because it was damaged. Unfortunately too much time has passed between the 2022 detail and your 2024 complaint to verify the cause of your issue being related to the detail job. Our offer still stands to provide the labor at no cost to replace the seat in question should you agree to pay for the aftermarket part. As discussed, the manufacturer part has been discontinued.

Was interested in buying a car, received on offer and spoke to a salesperson. The offer appeared fair and the sales person asked if I planned to finance or pay cash. I indicated that it depended on interest rates and asked if they offered **** of America financing in addition to with Acura finance....the answer was "we offer options with all the big banks". Duval Acura This is a great dealership. My parents bought a car from Duval 3 years ago and it has been a pleasure to do business with them. The salesperson we worked with wasn't pushy.
Just a gretting would have sufficed. Came in to look at the 2021 TLX Aspec and wasn't even greeted. Stayed 10 min and still no one came to assist, so we left. Better customer service at the Orange Park Acura. We went in, got all the info we wanted and did a test drive.
The are crooked.... tried to sell me a salvage vehicle. 2010 Jeep Wrangler sport .... black totaled in 2011
I'll start this off with saying Michael Anderson was helpful and a nice guy to work with. The truck I was looking at was listed 3k over retail value. I provided a copy of the NADA clean retail value and OFFERED TO PAY RETAIL. Unfortunately, the sales manager was not willing to adjust the price to what the truck was actually worth.
Do Not Trust Duval Acura repair shop don't get your car repaired at this shop... Let me start off by saying we've purchased two vehicles from Duval Acura. I had my Acura RDX in to get a diagnostics on the AC system, which I've had already had gotten two diagnostics from another shops before going to Duval Acura repair shop. But I was thinking of trading my truck in for a newer model so I thought why not let them give us a diagnostics and we can get it repaired there and just trade it in.
