They canceled my appointment at the last minute. I understand things happen which are unforeseen but I had to rearrange my schedule for them. So on that aspect I give them 1. They seem polite about it but they also seemed like no has a work day either. Die the videos the seem top notch. They would be a little ticked if i canceled a hour and a half before the appointment. There goes my work day

They are always professional and friendly and do a good job. They replaced our main sewer pipe to the street (big job) around a year ago and have had no problems and would highly recommend them.

The main drain pipe was broken in several places and filled in roots. Ramiro G.,Bernardo and Miguel came out and replaced the main section and the two feeder sections from the house starting in the morning and done by the afternoon. These men are hard working and take pride in what they do. Also very polite as well as professional. Mark M. From Dutton Plumbing arrived on time, super polite, considerate, professional. He explained the work he was going to do, how he was going to do it and competently and quickly took care of the job. He left the work area spotlessly clean. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Nick G and Oscar came out today to fix a backed up toilet and shower in the master bathroom. They were very professional, courteous and represented the company well! They are reasonably priced, and Nick offered us a discount for being first time customers. The issue seems to be resolved at this point. We would recommend Dutton and would use them again in the future!
