Mark did a great job of clearing the drain under the sink. He was neat and very conscious about not making a mess in the kitchen. He was well organized and pleasant throughout the ordeal. I've used Dutton several times and have always been satisfied.

I called Dutton Plumbing on the weekend because I had a plugged sink drain. I didn't require emergency service, so the person who answered said some one would call at 8:00 am Monday. Monday came and I received a call slightly after 8:00 as promised. The woman told me someone would be at my house in half an hour. Sure enough, at about 8:30 Adam A arrived. We had an emergency toilet issue here at work. From Chance in the office (so nice, polite and respectful!!!) to Felix in the field we knew we were in good hands. They showed up when they said they would. Did the work they said they were going to do and solved every problem. It turned into a three day project and each day they arrived promptly and were just super. Polite, clean and just the BEST! We will use them again - hopefully not too soon!
I thought Kevin was very professional. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a good job. Everything was done well. So far Dutton has been a reliable company that I can gladly recommend to others.
We had a serious blockage in the kitchen sink drain. I called Dutton's about 3 p.m. and they had Randy Arnold at the house at 5 p.m. He spent almost two hours to clear a "packed with meat" drain!! Randy made sure the drain was moving water quickly and there was no more blockage! Bravo!! Randy was clean (definitely not a "Bubba!" Also, very pleasant, efficient, informative, and all-around great plumber. After fixing the drain, he thoroughly cleaned under the sink and the area around his work space! Kyle G and Lon came to our house quickly, made their assessment of our water heater and were very thorough with their expert proposal. Kyle gave us several affordable options and then performed the work promptly. Ahh, hot water tonight. Thank you both for being so friendly.
My main was leaking and because of the material used in the original construction had to be replaced. Bernardo and his crew knew that we needed the house back up and running. The water was restored in two days. Kevin had everything planned and placed the water sources where I wanted them. Every step of the things were discussed. Bernardo and Kevin great team. The whole team was fantastic.
